Room: Each of our 299 rooms & 23 suites has a breathtaking view. Every spacious room is equipped with a writing desk, satellite TV, inter electronic safe, IDD telephone, internet access, voice mail and mini bar with tea/coffee-making facilities. But to make you feel even more at home, you’ll find a soft bath robe and slippers together with quality toiletries and even a bath scale in the large marble bathroom.

Restaurant: There are 3 restaurants and 3 bars at the Sofitel Plaza Ha Noi Hotel. The Summit Lounge (20th floor): commanding, spectacular 360-degree panoramic views of Ha Noi, famous for the “best view in Ha Noi”. The Song Hong Bar (Lobby) is the place you can relax anytime with a cup of coffee or a cocktail in a comfortable setting, coupled with live piano music in the evenings. The Brasserie Westlake Restaurant (Lobby): an all day dining venue, with Asian and international buffets.
Banquet: for grand banquet dining and prestigious conventions, there's no better venue than our majestic ballroom. It can cater for banquets of up to 600 people in luxurious style and is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. For smaller conferences, seminars or theme parties, you can choose from one of our four elegant meeting rooms. Each can cater for up to 40 people in a theatre-style setting.

The largest one can welcome up to 400 persons in theatre style.
