Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest deluxe hotel, shopping center, entertainment complex, and conference facility.
An Dong Plaza shopping center on the lower levels is comprised of hundreds of small shops, a supermarket, a games room and an outside beer garden. The hotel's lower lobby on the ground floor directly connects with the main lobby and Cafe Central on the fourth floor via express elevators. Above the main lobby are Club 99 night club, Ngan Dinh Chinese restaurant, a gambling casino, the largest conference and banquet hall in Ho Chi Minh City, and a massage and beauty treatment center.
Guest rooms begin on the ninth floor. Because there is no other building taller than nine stories in the immediate area, all rooms have unobstructed views of the city. Above the guest rooms is the fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool and a fine dining restaurant with a spectacular 360 degree view of all of Saigon.
Accommodation
Room: Because this Ho Chi Minh City Hotel was originally an apartment building, all rooms are extremely large and include individually controlled air conditioning, color satellite television, IDD telephone, mini-bars, electronic safes, hairdryers and coffee makers. The hotel has three restaurants, 24-hour room service, multi-lingual staff, foreign currency exchange, and laundry and dry cleaning services.

Cafe Central An Dong: New York theme restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for 500 people. Conference Center: The Windsor Plaza Hotel has a total of over 2, 000 square meters of conference and meeting rooms. The Jade ballroom, the largest single facility in Ho Chi Minh City, with 1, 500 square meters, may be divided into three separate rooms, or it may be used for a single meeting or function. Additionally, there are two meeting rooms on the sixth floor, one which seats 58 people and the second which seats 64 people theater style. On the fifth floor are 413 square meters of space that may be divided into twelve breakout rooms. The two meeting rooms in the business center may also be used for additional breakout space if needed for a large conference or meeting
